Chips Cutters

Bespoke Cookie Cutters

Welcome to Chips Cutters! We proudly supply Cookie Couture with all their cookie cutters, and now, we’re here to provide you with cutters in any shape you desire.

Why Choose PETG?

We exclusively use PETG for our cookie cutters because it is the safest and most reliable material for food contact. Here's why:

  • Hygiene First: PETG prevents bacteria from settling between layers. PLA does NOT do this, even in tightly printed designs

  • Heat Resistant: Unlike inferior materials, PETG won’t warp or go floppy in warm water

  • Durable & Strong: Our cutters are sturdy and built to last

Premium Design Features

  • Blade Depth: 25mm for precise and clean cuts.

  • Sharp Blade Tip: Ensures smooth cutting, every time.

  • Custom Sizes: Available in any size to suit your needs.

Our cutters are fully washable, sturdy, and designed for professional and home bakers alike. Don't settle for less when you can have the best!

We only use Premium PETG

PETG is commonly used for food packaging because it is considered food-safe, meaning it does not leach harmful chemicals into food, and has excellent chemical resistance, making it suitable for storing various food types, including oils and beverages, while also being durable and flexible enough to withstand everyday use.

Key points about PETG and food usage:

  • Its high chemical resistance prevents reactions with food components, preserving flavor and quality.

  • PETG is strong and can withstand impact and can be washed in warm waters

Why you should not use PLA

Bacteria & PLA Prints

PLA 3D prints often have a porous surface that can trap moisture, creating a breeding ground for bacteria. Moreover, due to PLA’s low temperature resistance, it is difficult to fully clean PLA prints for repeated food contact.

Bacteria can grow on PLA 3D prints because the porous surface can trap moisture.

PLA prints are difficult to clean because of their low temperature resistance, which can make them unsafe for repeated food contact.
